General Information

Welcome to Clunk Noise Department. By booking a session with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment must be made before the session begins.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.

3. Studio Rules

• No smoking or drinking inside the studio.
• Any damage to equipment must be paid for by the client.
• Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

4. Rights & Ownership

• Clients own all rights to their recorded material.
• Clunk Noise Department reserves the right to use short snippets for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items during studio sessions.

6. Agreement

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
